Hakimlerin takdir haklar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fiddet yapanlardan yana de\u011fil \u015fiddet ma\u011fdurlar\u0131ndan yana kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Kad\u0131na \u015fiddeti \u00f6nlemenin sadece cezay\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle de\u011fil, yan\u0131 zamanda konuyla alakal\u0131 e\u011fitim gerekli oldu\u011funu bu konuda devlet yetkililerinden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yapmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Bu konunun muhatab\u0131 erkeklerin e\u011fitilmesi gerekti\u011finin art\u0131k hepimnizin bilincindeyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ma\u011fdur olan kad\u0131nlard\u0131r ve en \u00e7ok kendi yak\u0131n\u0131nda olan erkeklerden \u015fiddet g\u00f6rmekte veya \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmekteler.
